ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

GENERAL INFORMATION

The scope of the abstracts (research, meta analyses, case reports) are limited to studies that utilize MSCT, CMR, and nuclear imaging for the evaluation of cardiovascular diseases
Abstract submission deadlines: Friday December 6, at 11:59 PM (23:59).
Submission is only available online at website www.iscimeeting.id
To submit their abstract, the author must first create user ID and register for the ISCI Meeting 2025
Accepted abstracts will be rewarded with free symposium fee

ORIGINAL RESEARCH ARTICLE; META-ANALYSIS/SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

The abstract must be uploaded using an A4 paper size, in the format of Microsoft Word (.docx), font type: Arial/Calibri 11pt.
Articles should use justify as the paragraph style (align left and right), be typed 1.5- spaced, and leave a 2.5-cm margin on all sides.
The title and subtitle should be in bold
The author's names must adhere to the following format: first & last name written in full, middle name written as initials (e.g., James B. Brown) with affiliations.
The abstract should not be exceeded 350 words (excluding the title, authors, and affiliations).
A maximum of 1 brief table is allowed to be included in the articles (in the form of PNG, JPEG, or JPG).
The abstract of the original article should be presented in structured abstract as below:

o Background: rationale for the study

o Methods: a brief description of the study design and key methods

o Results: succinct presentation of key results; please include sample size

o Conclusion: succinct statement of data interpretation

o Keywords (no more than 5)

CASE REPORT/SERIES

The abstract must be uploaded using an A4 paper size, in the format of Microsoft Word (.docx), font type: Arial/Calibri 11pt.

The author's names must adhere to the following format: first & last name written in full,middle name written as initials (e.g., James B. Brown) with affiliations.
The abstract should not be exceeded 350 words (excluding the title, authors, and affiliations).
A maximum of 1 picture is allowed to be included in the articles (in the form of PNG, JPEG, or JPG).
Discussion is not required; however, if needed can be merged into the 'case illustration section with the same word limit of 350.
The case report/series should be presented in sections – namely:

o Background

o Case illustration

o Conclusion

o Keywords: no more than 5

All submitted abstracts will be thoroughly evaluated by official reviewers

Acceptance Notification

The presenters of the accepted abstracts will be notified on Dec 20th by email
After the notification, presenters will be informed of their presentation (moderated online presentation or display presentation), date and time with specific guidelines for the session
There will be selection for best performance of moderated online presentation.
